Most young horses dream of jumping that last fence, running down the final furlong and crossing the line, but not Pebbles; she was more interested in perfecting her grandma's fruitcake recipe.
When you first meet Pebbles, you could be forgiven for believing she is a quiet young lady with a taste for fine foods. You would not be wrong for she does really love her food, but what she often forgets to tell you is that she is also a Michelin star chef with her own Restaurant round the corner, and a second star on the horizon. She specialises in gourmet vegetarian meals, and is renowned for her award-winning turnip soufflجخه©; what a dark horse.
